I mailed it back to them. I have tried tracking for the past week and there is no tracking information past the day it was mailed. ... CRINKLED COTTON PANTSET*Style: B******Color and Size: PALE YLLW M** item(s) shipped*$**.****I purchased this pant SET in a size medium. When it came, the blouse showed it was a size medium. I washed the product and turned it wrong side out to press it. The pants, which were part of the set, were P*L or petite large. I could not believe it. I called and asked customer service to send me the medium pants. I was told that would break up the set. Seriously???? My set had already been broken up.*I then asked them to send me the medium pants and I would return the P*L in the return envelope. No, not how their return policy works, according to customer service.*Blair also told me to return the item in the envelope they sent the item in. **I threw away the order summary and the return information. I have never had to send anything back to Blair nor have I ever had any problems with anything I have purchased over the years. I had no reason to think I would need this information to return the item. **It iis a shame, after the ** years I have bought items from Blair, that I would be treated like this. The previous order I made with them was a pair of blue slacks. It looked like someone ripped a tag off the leg leaving holes. This item is no longer available so I don't expect them to replace it. **I read Yelp reviews and see Blair isn't very good on returns. So I'm stuck with a pair of slacks with holes and a pair of slacks that don't fit.**I just want the size medium slacks that go with my set.
They made the error. They split up a pantset and sent me the incorrect pant size.
I want them to send me the correct pantset in a size medium* i.e. top and pants to be the same size medium. I don't believe it should cost me anything, shipping, etc., because it was their error. And a blatant error at that. The pantset never should have been separated. It was a set not separates.
I have bought from Blair for ** years now. My mother and grandmother bought from Blair. This is the first time I've ever had any problem in all of these years. I have purchased numerous items from Blair.
I have called customer service twice. I finally succumbed and returned the pantset -- both the top and the slacks. I would like to have the set I ordered to wear before summer is over at absolutely no cost to me.
