Help with my Best Choice Products issue

My name is Sue Ann Staake, and I ordered a *-foot artificial Christmas Tree with lights (Order *S*** *****). I received a *-foot artificial Christmas tree that is supposed to have four (*) sections (A, B, C, and D) as well as the stand. Unfortunately, my tree arrived with four sections (A, C, C, and D) and the stand. Best fix would be to send a section B so I can complete my Christmas tree. However, if that is not possible, then send a new *-foot Christmas tree and provide instructions to return the faulty Christmas tree for free.

GetHuman-waynegd did not yet indicate what Best Choice Products should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-waynegd fixed the problem
Turned out that one of the sections was mislabeled as "C" when it was actually a section "B", so I had the * sections I needed. When in doubt, physically look at the size of a part (not just the label), since the company may mislabel a part that is similar to another part.
