Promotion for *% financing for ** months on purchases of $**** or more by getting a credit card from March **-**. Signed up but wasn't able to purchase anything before deadline due to lack of card information: card number, exp number, cvv, etc. And there was no link after signing up to use my new credit card account, for which while account number was provided, the website wouldn't accept an account number. Could you find a representative that could help me either utilize the account for the above mentioned promotion or if not, canceling my credit card? But first to use the promotion because I had no chance to access the promotion even after getting the credit card. Bernina should allow me to utilize the promotion when I make my first purchase due to not providing me with my card information.
GetHuman-jimsuh did not yet indicate what Bernina should do to make this right.
