I received a BEBE gift card with $[redacted] and confirmed its balance before making an online purchase, but the card was rejected at checkout. After contacting BEBE, I was given a number to address the issue. Despite verifying the card's balance earlier, another department claimed it was invalid. In California, gift cards do not expire, so this inconsistency is frustrating. The verification number I called asked for the card number, but each attempt ended in an error. I was then transferred without a solution. I am seeking for BEBE to honor the gift card I have and cease these misleading practices.
