My account. I bought a new computer. The new computer would not add to the account. I tried to add it. Failure. The new computer attempt would only try to sell me a new Avira subscription. I already lost a final * years to a subscription by your business doing an update that wiped the original subscription off my computer. Customer service was inadequate. I saw my records and saw the mistake three years later. I tried Avira again as it was adequate as an antivirus. seems to still be n the other computer, but I need to replace a fan before going online for any length of time on that computer. I need the status of my account. I was going to extend, but the extension ate the remaining time. I have most of a year of McAfee on the other computer. I wanted the Avira VPN for the new computer. It won't accept the new log in and the free VPN time is gone. In spite of the ridiculous renewal service and previously inadequate customer service I would like my past lost service made good, and I did want the prime service I supposedly have. Your advantage is that historically the antivirus service is bad. I won't be able to adequately use my email until the fan arrives next week and I set that up. I will see whether I continue with McAfee for this computer and switch on the other computer. The email will be sporadically monitored until the fan is in place.
