Hi, I am Chasma White and I have been having an issue with your Laurel, MD service department since I purchased my car from AutoNation Dulles, VA. I purchased the oil change package and have used only * but I have replaced my engine, transmission and now my turbo sensor is faulty due to the negligence of your service department. Corporate has put me in touch with the GM (at Laurel) who just passed me on to the service manager, who did nothing about the issues prior, so I knew this was not going to go anywhere. I left my car with the Laurel service department for a week and nothing was done to my car. No phone call stating that they didn’t find anything, nor did they ask what my “issue” was. I want my oil change service package refunded and repairs that your service department didn’t want to do.
