I placed an order for 5 CDs on October 28, [redacted], under Order #[redacted]. The package arrived damaged on November 5, with an apology from the Post Office. Despite the packing list showing all 5 items, only 3 CDs were inside. The missing CDs are: "Songs from Chicago/Hampson, Huang" (Cat #[redacted]) and "Schrecker: the Birthday of the Infanta - Suite/Falletta, Berlin Radio Symphony" (Cat #[redacted]). I have tried contacting you twice via email but have not received a response. As a long-time customer with no previous issues, I kindly request the 2 missing CDs that I have paid for be replaced. Dear Staff, I recently received my new CD, but unfortunately, the holder that the CD comes in was damaged, likely due to rough handling during delivery. The order number is [redacted] for the CD ["EVE of CHRISTMAS" by Hoult, Jennifer]. Could you please send me a replacement sleeve for the CD? The order is under my wife's name, Constance. Invoice #[redacted]-1 and Order #[redacted]-[redacted] include a 2-CD Set: Bach J.S. Ma/Bach Project. Upon opening the package, I discovered that both CDs are labeled as "Unreadable" by my BOSE Wave SoundTouch music system. Other CDs I own play normally on this system. I am seeking to return the defective 2-CD set and request a functional replacement. I kindly request a Pre-Paid Shipping Label as I shouldn't bear the cost of returning faulty items that arrived in this condition.
