The issue in GetHuman-gayledil's own words
I have purchased a LG ** inch **LM****PLA Smart Full HD HDR LED TV , this was on the **th November ****. I didn't have any issues with regards to the actual product until I went to bed on Saturday the **nd August **** , and when I turned on the TV on Sunday **rd August **** morning , there was * lines straight down the middle of the screen. I have tried checking all the connections and I have tried to check the picture quality and reset. Still nothing was working and I contacted LG Support , and they have taken the details from me and will investigate it . I also tried to contact the store directly , because my dad was going to bring it into the store and just as for a swap. He actually bought me the tv to try and cheer me up as I had just received the news that I had been diagnosed with cancer, there is no treatment and no cure. If you do wish to contact me I have photos of the screen with the lines clearly on the middle of the screen, also a copy of the serial number and also a copy of the receipt.

GetHuman-gayledil did not yet indicate what Argos should do to make this right.
