Good afternoon,**I just would like to request you to guide me what action I should take regarding a faulty product. **I have bought an Asus laptop last year and have started to get some problem in the past two months. I do work for Sainsbury's and currently on shielding in the last * weeks due to COVID-** situation. Due to an illness I had to shield from work . That time the laptop has started to give me trouble, neither my wife nor myself was not able to leave our door as I am not allowed to leave anywhere. Therefor neither myself nor my wife to any standalone stores to get the refund. **I thought the laptop was stuck due to the recent demand on the Internet usage but the laptop has started to give more trouble now. **The issues:- **) The sound button never worked from the beginning, but I did not really bother about it as I was able to change the sound from other options.**) Currently, the mouse pad does not work so I cannot use the laptop much. **) The laptop has become very slow and keeps on rebooting or failing to open a programme. **) The laptop keeps on switching off by itself. **As I have explained, I could not come in the last two months and I thought I was going to be fine with the laptop but now I cannot do anything as the laptop has completely not worth for it. I would be grateful of you can advise me what next step I should do please. I do need a laptop and not expecting a refund but prefer for a suitable exchange. As my wife or I cannot leave the house as I come under vulnareable colleague*customer and cannot go to any store for exchange. What would be the best option to resolve this matter please?**Kind regards,*Kandeeban
