bought a new sled less than two years ago, brought it to my dealer for first service and to indicate that it was flashing temp and went into limp mode a couple times. they serviced the sled and took two months, they said all coolant systems are good and all I needed was some scratchers...…...so I did. I summarized my sled and stored till snow returns, when I took it out for my first run it went into limp mode twice and both times I steered into deeper snow, limp mode went away and I rode for *km till the head gasket blew from over heating unknowing to me. my sled is a * stroke and has ** hours, they said that Artic cat would not help with any of the rebuild or parts...…….not sure they even contacted you. It has now been over three months and they keep pushing me off and telling me their waiting on parts,(********) I was told I would be contacted today about when they would start but as always NOTHING. I would like to just pick up my sled and take to a different dealer...………..I just want it fixed without the attitude they are giving me. Please help me with this so I can just park my sled for next year without wondering if it will blow up again. PS this sled has never gone to the mountains and has need been raced, I just field and dich ride with my kids.
