I would like to file a complaint against the management of the CenterPoint Applebee’s in Birmingham, Alabama. I was targeted and treated unfairly after being a customer for over ** years at that same location. The manager Derrick Ragland came to speak to a man who had spoken to me inappropriately at the bar. and when the man said to the management, that I was trying to talk to him all night Derrick the management said I know what you mean to this man in front of me without ever listening to my side of the story. He took my drink from my hands and said She’s OUT!!!!!! HE not only snatched my drink out of my hand, and treated me ruder than any place I have ever been in my life. Then he proceeded to Threaten to call the police on me for questioning my ticket amount. This isn’t the first time I have been harassed at this location. I enjoy the atmosphere at Applebee’s and have friends from there that I have met from work etc. I want to know what can be done about me being banned from this location and who do I need to speak to file a complaint.
