Ameriprise Financial Customer Service Issues

I recently signed up for online shareholder documents and got a letter from Ameriprise regarding email notification issues. Despite receiving various emails from Ameriprise yearly, there seems to be a problem. I suspect it may be due to spending winters in Florida where internet access is limited at our accommodation, leading us to use the library for better internet. However, the library restricts access to certain sites, hindering my email activities. A suggestion in the letter was to add the email address to my contact list.
