My yearly prepaid expired on my phone. I renewed for another year *$**** a couple of days past my anniversary contract date.The minutes I had saved were taken away from last years balance and I would like to have them added to my new contract. Can you wave the penalty? Health issues and the carona virus has made it difficult to get out to the at&t store.They told me yesterday the store did not have the authority to replenish lost minutes.
