No mobile network available about **% of the time or more where I live. I have had even a *G on rare occassions, so I am thinking it would not be difficult to have *G ***% of the time. Have difficulty most all times even sending a text. Was told when phone was purchased that service was available where I live and in the Maynard area. I have zero service in downtown Maynard, Arkansas. As I am in downtown Maynard frequently, I fail to understand why AT&T service is not available there. Many people visit from out of town who have AT&T as their cell phone provider. Please provide this service to your AT&T customers. **Please tell me how I can help in making this service available to AT&T customers in this area and for those who visit from other areas who have AT&T. I have contacted you numerous times on AT&T Mark this spot. My response is from At&T Free Msg. We appreciate *you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you and we're working to resolve the experience.**My thoughts are simply this: You heard my message, no service, yet for years, nothing has improved. The message I receive from this is it goes in one ear and out the other with nothing being done to resolve the issue. You have lost customers due to this issue.**If you have a means of checking my contacts, you can see this has been going on for years. There must be a way to provide the service we need so we can use the phones. *I have much difficulty sending a text message. The majority of the time I must go outside and wave my phone in the air and sometimes it will not go. On occassion I can be in the house and can send a text but as stated this is on occassion. If I can do this on occassion (not often) why is it you cannot boost the signal so customers can have a signal to make calls and send text messages in their home and in downtown Maynard, Arkansas. As stated in downtown Maynard, Arkansas there is no signal. I cannot bring up information on my phone to use digital coupons at Dollar General. Really sad.**Thanks for your response.
