Last night, I experienced a situation with American Airlines that caused me to miss my flight to New York. The earliest alternative flight they provided was at 7 a.m. on July 19th. Unfortunately, my flight to Morocco was scheduled to depart at 7:30 a.m., resulting in a missed connection through no fault of my own. I am seeking assistance in having the penalties waived and my flight rescheduled to make sure I can still go on my dream vacation. I have invested a significant amount of money in preparations such as getting my passport, required vaccinations, and visa for the trip. Despite following instructions from multiple customer service representatives, spending hours trying to resolve the issue, I haven't been able to rectify the situation. I am reaching out to request help from ASAP to rebook my ticket without incurring any unaffordable penalties. It has been a frustrating experience, and I am hopeful for a resolution.

I would like to address a recent interaction I had while trying to reschedule a flight for May. I spoke with an agent named Sanders, extension [redacted]. Unfortunately, I found his attitude to be quite rude and unprofessional. It's important for customer service representatives to exhibit a pleasant demeanor when assisting customers, which I felt was lacking in this case. Despite our conversation, he did not even ask for my name initially or at the end of the call. Furthermore, the new ticket price he provided seemed unreasonable, especially considering my original issue of needing to adjust my trip duration from 3 weeks to 2. I had purchased insurance for this trip and was surprised to be faced with an additional $[redacted] charge. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with the company, to the point where I wish I could cancel my ticket.

To whom it may concern, I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding a no-show return flight with ASAP Tickets. Despite multiple attempts to contact Shane and other agents, I have not received a satisfactory response. The original ticket exchange itinerary had a broken link for payment, and subsequent promises to send a new itinerary for September 7, 14, or 21 were not fulfilled. This situation has left my autistic son stranded in Estonia, contrary to the assurances of protection insurance provided by ASAP Tickets. The experience has been disappointing, given the assurances of peace of mind for international travel. I am seeking a ticket exchange for any Saturday in September at the previously agreed $[redacted] fee. I have escalated this matter to the CEO, Peter Vazan, and hope for a swift resolution. To Whom It May Concern, I recently received the following response from Tilda, an agent from ASAP Tickets: "Your reservation cancellation request (MWQ0HM) has been successfully processed. This credit can be utilized for a future flight with the same airline within one year of the ticket issue date (September 22, [redacted])." Despite my numerous emails to both customer service and ASAP Tickets, I have not received any replies. I have concerns about the safety of travel by September. Can I reschedule the ticket for a later date beyond September 22, [redacted]? Additionally, I purchased ticket protection – can I receive a refund if I choose to cancel this ticket? Your prompt assistance in addressing these queries is highly appreciated. Thank you, Y.H.

I believe I may have made an error while booking my travel plans. Prior to the sale, I received persistent calls urging me to purchase their tickets. After agreeing to a change in my itinerary, I was later informed of another impending modification. I am uncertain of the trustworthiness of this company and fear I may be a victim of a potential scam. Recent reviews suggest difficulty in receiving refunds from ASAP TICKETS. As they continue to evade my calls, I am unsure of the necessary steps to address this pressing issue. I have already paid for accommodations and transportation, causing increasing anxiety as my departure date is approaching on the 13th. I have not been provided with any alternative schedule options and the prospect of having to alter my itinerary once more is overwhelming. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
