My initial overseas order to Germany was shipped without a tracking number and has still not been received. After waiting for four weeks, I reached out to customer service. They proposed to resend the order, to which I promptly agreed. Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication from them despite multiple follow-ups. I am currently in the dark about the status of my order.
