I asked for a designer to come to my apartment and discuss my shade options. Because I have weak eyesight, I needed 'blackout shades to give me some comfort when it was very bright. I am **yrs old an have many health concerns. I just had a gallbladder removal surgery on September **th,****. When I requested the consultation, I was going on the premise that this was o reputable company and that they new what they were doing since they were the pros . WELL LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE !! I PAID OVER $****.** TO GET A JOB THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AT A LOCAL HARDWARE STORE FOR ****TH OF THE PRICE. Everything ordered was wrong. The installer was a very nice young man, BUT THE INSTALLATION LOOKS LIKE THE THREE STOOGES DID IT !! I only wish someone could see what I'm writing about. I CRIED MOST OF THE AFTERNOON AFTER THE INSTALLER LEFT. I don't have untold amounts of money, BUT I TRUSTED *DAYBLINDS. I TRULY DID. I can't afford to just give away money for junk. Nothing I ordered WAS DELIVERED. They sent products I never requested. My goal is to return their product and have them return my money. My generation believed that trust was everything, AND I TRUSTED THEM. I'M TO OLD AND SICK TO FIGHT A CORPORATION AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE. $**** means nothing to them, BUT IT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME. Thank God that my husband didn't put me through to much mental ****, AS HE WAS AGAINST SPENDING THIS MUCH IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN HE THOUGHT WE COULD GET SHADES FOR AROUND $***. But he would do anything to make me happy. GOD SENT HIM TO ME YEARS AGO, but I'm so sad that I thru his hard earned money away. Please help me. It's really hard to beg for help cause I've always been a woman that did everything for myself, BUT AGE COMES ALONG AND FORCES YOU TO ASK FOR HELP. I'm crying as I write this cause I'm so embarrassed to have to ask for help. My generation believed in your word.I ONLY HOPE THAT *DAYBLINDS WILL HONOR THEIR WORD,AND STAND BY A CUSTOMER WHO TRUSTED THEM.
