I paid for a car diagnostic, but the mechanic arrived fifty-two minutes late. He only did the diagnostic and refused the repair. After requesting a repair, three different mechanics were assigned but kept rescheduling, even after business hours, causing delays. None of them have shown up as promised. This lack of follow-through is frustrating.

After having repairs done on my [redacted] Trailblazer, I encountered issues with a check engine light that wasn't addressed by the mechanic. Despite a warranty claim, the process has been frustrating. A discrepancy in mileage between the mechanic's record and the inspection report led to my claim being denied unfairly. I took the car to a reputable shop, Midas, and the inspection was performed meticulously. I feel that my case warrants a second review. If necessary, I will file a formal complaint with the BAR and involve legal counsel. I've expressed my concerns to multiple customer service representatives and experienced communication challenges. I'm reachable via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] after 2:30pm Pacific time. I anticipate a prompt response to resolve this matter and prevent further actions. Regards, Chris B.

I've been trying to obtain an accurate quote from my mobile mechanic company. I am seeking a breakdown of parts and labor costs. The parts pricing seems excessive, even if I were to purchase them at full retail price from an auto parts store. Additionally, the quote includes parts that I did not request and do not need. I am having trouble contacting them through their app and cannot reach customer service or management. I am inquiring about the main office's customer service phone number to request a quote directly from corporate. The work needed includes 2 Bosch ignition coils, 1 upstream and 1 downstream Bosch oxygen sensors, a set of 16 Denso wires, and 16 Bosch spark plugs. I am looking for a reasonable markup on parts and labor costs. Currently, I can get the necessary parts from AutoZone for a total of $[redacted].20 with a 10% military discount, significantly less than the $[redacted].00 quoted by my mechanic. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed in this situation.

Hello, I have a concern about my car. Recently, the TPMS light turned on along with a flashing Maintenance Required light when I started my car. I researched and found that temperature fluctuations can affect air pressure, especially with the recent change from 90 degrees to the 50s in Boston, along with rain. Also, my right tire has had a spare donut for the past two months, and I suspect that driving over construction plates and speed bumps may have caused damage. I plan to visit my mechanic on Tuesday to address these issues, but I need to commute to work at TD Garden for games on Sunday and Monday. Would it be safe to drive with these conditions? I am thinking of avoiding highways and taking back roads. My main concern is making it to work for the next two days until I can have it checked on Tuesday. Thank you.
