Hello,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the after-sales service provided by Woodland. I brought my shoes (Repair Slip No. 45, dated 17/03/21) to the Woodland shop with the assurance of a repair within 20-25 days. However, on contacting the shop on 10/04/21, I was shocked to learn that my shoes had been returned unrepaired from Delhi and were only just sent back for repair on 06/04/[redacted], with another 20-25 days delay expected. This experience has cast doubt on the reputation of Woodland in terms of customer service. It seems the company prioritizes sales over after-sale service, reminiscent of government bureaucracy.
I purchased the shoes on 13/02/21 and am disheartened that such a minor repair has not been addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund of the money spent on the shoes if repair is not possible. Please let me know if you require my bank account details for the refund.

Dear Sir,
I recently bought a BURNT ORANGE QUILTED JACKET from the Woodland outlet in Sirsa, Haryana. Unfortunately, they charged me [redacted] rupees for the jacket, but did not provide a bill. When I requested the bill later, they refused to issue it. I discovered online that the same jacket is now available at a 40% discount. Despite my efforts, the store is not cooperating with me. I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased Woodland shoes with Bill No: 202105N098C01385 from the Woodland showroom in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Within just 3 days of wearing them, the sole of the shoes detached from the leather, causing them to fall apart. This was quite surprising and disappointing, as compared to non-branded shoes I've owned previously which lasted much longer without any issues. The local shoes I had previously were more durable and did not have any problems with the sole or manufacturing for at least 1-2 years. Upon visiting the store and requesting a replacement, I was informed that only a repair could be done, with the sole being pasted back on, rather than a replacement, even though the bill states a 90-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. It is baffling how a sole detaching in just 3 days can be considered normal wear and tear instead of a manufacturing defect. I am disheartened by this experience and would like either a refund or a new replacement pair of shoes, not just a repaired one. It is disappointing to find out that similar complaints exist with other Woodland shoes, and it appears that the company is not addressing these issues promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought Woodland Shoes on March 15, [redacted], at Aero Club Woodland store in Vellayambalam, Trivandrum. I wore them for a day at college, and the next day I noticed more black spots appearing, making the shoes look unsightly. I took the shoes back to the store the following day for a replacement as they are guaranteed for three months. However, the shop owner sent them for repair to the company. On June 17, [redacted], after two months, I received the repaired shoes, but the black spots were not properly removed from the new shoes. I returned the shoes to the shop for the second time, requesting a replacement, but they advised me to email customer care. I work as an Assistant Professor in Kanniyakumari district and have been wearing Woodland shoes for 12 years. I spent Rs. [redacted] on the shoes, but due to the company's negligence, I am unable to use them even for a day. I am awaiting a response after sending an email and have not received a proper answer from the shop within the stated timeframe.

I would like to inform you that a pair of woodland shoes was purchased on 11/8/[redacted] from the Tilak Nagar outlet. We are experiencing issues with the men's shoe and have been trying to resolve this matter by contacting the showroom and emailing for either a replacement or a refund. However, we were instructed to collect a repaired shoe despite expressing our dissatisfaction via email. Furthermore, multiple emails from both my husband and me have been sent, but we have not received any response from Woodland yet. If this lack of response persists, I may have to consider seeking legal assistance for a resolution. A detailed email with a PDF receipt has already been sent.

I bought four jackets from the Woodland showroom at Wave Mall in Lucknow, India. Unfortunately, one jacket was not available, so they marked it as pending on my bill and promised to provide it later. However, when I returned to collect the jacket, they claimed that due to a staff change, the jacket was no longer available. I feel like I have been defrauded by Woodland of Rs. [redacted].
