I have been a subscriber to the Wisconsin State Journal for many years, but the past six months have been frustrating due to inconsistent delivery times and missing papers. Despite contacting customer service, the issue persists. When inquiring about a refund for the missing papers, I am told that I will receive it at the end of my subscription, which is not satisfactory. I am extremely dissatisfied with the response to my urgent request to modify information in my fiance's obituary published by WSJ. I specifically asked not to include my full name for personal safety reasons. To my shock, I discovered that the entire letter I sent to the editor, including my full name, was available online through a simple search. This is unacceptable. The paper is supposed to be delivered by 6:30 am, but it consistently arrives late, after 7 am or even after 8 am. Our previous driver came and went before 6 am, so we never saw them. We have been dealing with this issue for over a year now. We have been receiving the paper for over 30 years, but this service has become unacceptable. We are considering canceling the service because of these ongoing delivery problems.

I have two subscriptions to the Wisconsin State Journal. Our joint address is the Attic Angel Community at [redacted] Old Sauk Trail, Middleton, WI [redacted]. One subscription at the monthly rate of $43.50 is delivered to my wife, Lorraine, a resident in the facility's Haven Memory Unit in Room H17. The second subscription at the monthly rate of $37.50 is for me, Ronald B., residing in Apartment [redacted]. I have contacted Subscriber Services via its [redacted] number multiple times without success to resolve the following issue. My wife's condition has declined, and she can no longer read the newspaper. I wish to cancel the newspaper subscription delivered to my wife in Room H17 of the Haven Memory Unit. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE MY SUBSCRIPTION TO APARTMENT [redacted]! The staff at the [redacted] number cannot locate my wife's subscription in the Haven Memory Unit to cancel it; it keeps being charged monthly to my VISA card. I am frustrated and seek your assistance. What can be done to help resolve this situation?

We have a newspaper carrier who consistently fails to tie the bag holding the newspaper, resulting in a soaked paper every time it rains. Despite multiple requests to tie the bag or deliver the paper to a covered porch, no action has been taken. Contact with the area manager and carrier has not resolved the issue. When reaching out to customer service for help, I requested to speak with a manager but was transferred to another employee, which was frustrating given the seriousness of the ongoing problem. I simply want the paper to be delivered to our porch to avoid it getting wet since the carrier seems unable to secure the bag properly.

I am feeling frustrated. In November, I paused my newspaper delivery for the winter but requested to still receive the digital version. I continued receiving the e-version until mid-February. Despite calling to cancel the e-version, I was still able to access it for a few more days. After contacting customer service, I was assured the issue was resolved, but today I am unable to log in. I attempted to reset my password multiple times to no avail. I am starting to lose my patience! My subscription is active, and I have been a loyal customer. If this problem persists, I may consider switching to the Milwaukee Journal.

I am having trouble accessing my online delivery on my mobile phone. When I try to follow the instructions, my password is not being recognized. Previously, I was able to access the daily news without having to go through a series of questions and requirements. I pay for this service monthly through an online debit account. There was no print delivery on 3/2, 3/6, 3/9, and 3/13. I contacted customer service on 3/8. They promised to credit me for the missed papers and informed me they would reach out to the district manager. They assured me I would receive my paper on 3/9, but it did not arrive. I spoke to customer service again, and they apologized, assured me they would credit my account, and promised the issue would be resolved, but the paper did not arrive on 3/13. I am frustrated with four missed papers and unsure of what to do next. My reliable carrier, who served me well for 13 years, retired in December [redacted], and the transition was smooth until this recent problem. Thank you, M. Ehren

My subscription expired yesterday, and I have some questions before renewing. I'm struggling to access the webpage for information. When I call the customer service numbers provided, I am asked about the specific paper I am calling about. We receive both the journal and our local paper, Portage Daily Register, which I believe are from the same company. We face issues with both papers, including delivery problems like delays. I'm unsure how to contact our delivery person regarding these problems. I am interested in opting for EZPay but wondered if it's possible to receive one paper in print and one digitally since my husband doesn't use the computer. Currently, we rely on Frontier, but the service interruptions can be frustrating. Our phone and Internet services are bundled. Additionally, I would like to know the process for receiving credit for missed or excessively damp papers.

I have recently switched my subscription to E-Edition only with the option to receive the daily link via email. Despite assistance from a customer service representative (a lady with an Asian accent who has been the primary person answering calls at WSJ), I have not received any links. My new subscription began on May 15th. I contacted them again today to speak with a supervisor. The same lady answered, asked for the reason, discussed account verification emails (which I did not receive), and instructed me to click on a dropdown menu option that I couldn't find. She sent me an email link with only a temporary log-in button. Unfortunately, while explaining this, the call was disconnected. If I don't receive help to access the WSJ E-Edition promptly, I will have to cancel my subscription due to the ongoing frustrations. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my Wisconsin State Journal. It used to be delivered to my door, then to the lobby, but now it arrives late, at 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and noon on Sundays. Today, I received the Sunday paper dated June 11 instead of the Wednesday edition for June 14. This inconsistency is frustrating given the subscription cost. - Elizabeth Ann Campbell
