I recently made a purchase at the Twenty One Pilots merchandise store on June 12th for a total of $62.53. The money was immediately deducted, and my order is still pending as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. However, on the night of June 18th, another transaction for the same amount of $62.53 appeared, also pending, with no progress on my order. This duplicated charge has resulted in a total of $[redacted] being taken from my account. While I understand there may be delays due to warehouse relocations, I kindly request a refund for the second transaction. I have already reached out through the merchandise page and am awaiting a response there, but I am following up here due to the concerning nature of the repeated charge. If possible, I would like the second $62.53 refunded while keeping my order. Alternatively, if it's easier to cancel the entire order and process a full refund, I am open to that as well. My order number is #[redacted][redacted]. I have screenshots of both transactions and my communication with the merchandise page if needed. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I placed an order for a t-shirt as a birthday gift on August 10th. Despite the warehouse move delay, the item hasn't been shipped. I've noticed multiple pending charges on my credit card for the same shirt, affecting my available balance. I've reached out twice using the "contact us" option but only received an automated response due to high call volume during their warehouse transition. I'm considering canceling the order now to avoid more frustration, even though the child I bought it for was really looking forward to it.

I am contacting you about a copyright and trademark matter that Warner Music Group needs to address. In Massachusetts, two tribute bands, Movin' On (Bad Co. Tribute) and Zepphoria (Led Zeppelin Tribute), are using protected material without permission. They are promoting a "Swan Song" event on January 4, [redacted] at The District in Taunton, MA, which misleads people to believe Swan Song is involved. The leaders, Bobby Venuto of Movin' On and Bob Anderson of Zepphoria, have Facebook pages. Anderson is also a DJ at WATD in Marshfield, MA. They perform these shows to avoid venues that do not pay BMI and ASCAP fees. As a professional musician registered with BMI, I find this infringement disrespectful to artists' works. I prefer not to share my contact information and trust you will forward this to the legal department for investigation. Thank you.

I pre-ordered a NLE Choppa Camelot shirt in November. The release date kept changing, and now it's delayed until January 3. Unfortunately, they've been holding my funds intermittently since November without delivering the product. Recently, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to a declined payment authorization, even though it was just a routine check. I'm frustrated as they keep holding my money without delivering the shirt. Despite emailing them about this issue, I only received automated responses. I really want this shirt and the only way to get it is through this confirmed order from November.

I pre-ordered Coldplay's "Everyday Life" album on exclusive double-colored vinyl on October 25th with the order number [redacted][redacted]. The album was set to be released on November 22nd. I received an email from Warner Music Customer Service Team claiming I returned the package and had been refunded. However, I never received the package in the first place and am still waiting for my exclusive album. It has been a month since the album's release, and my pre-ordered copy is missing. Despite my attempts to contact them, they have closed my order and refuse to address the issue properly. I feel frustrated and disregarded. I'm adamant about receiving my exclusive double-colored vinyl album along with the special pin badge that was promised.

Dear Warner Music,
I recently received the limited edition Skrillex boxed set of 3 vinyl records that I ordered. Upon opening it with my son, we were disappointed to find that the box cover had come unglued, and the first record had a wrinkled and partially ripped paper sleeve from the shrink-wrapped package. Additionally, the first record is slightly warped.
While we are enjoying the music, I am inquiring about the possibility of a partial refund to address these product defects. I prefer this option over a replacement due to potential additional shipping expenses. I also intend to address the issue of UPS charging me taxes and brokerage fees, which I had already paid at checkout, as we reside in Canada.
I trust that your customer care team can help resolve these issues to ensure my continued confidence in Warner Music. I see this as an unfortunate incident, and I hope for a satisfactory resolution.
Sincerely,
Antoine L.

Please forward to the Intellectual Property Service at WARNER.
Hello,
I would like to understand why Warner Music Group and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. have filed a complaint against me and had my original design removed from my online store on Redbubble at folklore.redbubble.com.
I am a historian of traditional French costume, and I am quite surprised that a design featuring a costume from Franche-Comté, with my hand-drawn illustration of the Chateau de Joux in France, could be considered an infringement of your intellectual property.
Kindly explain this situation to me because I genuinely believe I am not violating your rights.
I urgently need to know the details of these "complaints" to address this with Redbubble. Please provide me with an email address where I can send the design, which belongs to me, is protected by my copyright, yet you are claiming ownership.
Thank you for handling this matter with great care and promptness.
I look forward to your response, and thank you in advance. Best regards,
Catherine D.

I am a 62-year-old individual on Social Security disability since [redacted]. Recently, I have experienced an online scam where a European country artist and one of his band members, Cole Swindell and Joel, have taken thousands of dollars from me. They have even threatened to move me out of my home in Nashville if I didn't send them more money. I want to bring to your attention that I will be contacting the FBI about this situation. Kerri Edwards is also involved in this deception.
