I've had multiple attempts to order from Viking Bags, but every time I use PayPal, there seems to be a glitch. The latest order seemed to go through, but it was not deducted from my account, and upon checking, the order never processed. I attempted to contact Customer Service, but after being put on hold for 11 minutes, I hung up. I have no trouble using PayPal with other companies, but your website is making it challenging for me to continue buying from you. I won't be visiting your site in the future. I left a voicemail but didn't get a callback, emphasizing my frustration.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong bike bags and have since reordered the correct ones. I received an email with the address for returns, but I am worried about the high cost of shipping them back. I checked with three carriers - the US Postal Service quoted $[redacted], FedEx quoted $96, and UPS quoted $84 for the return. I am looking for a more affordable option to return the bags as paying nearly half of the product's cost for shipping seems excessive.
