Yesterday, I used my debit card for your service to locate the owner of a VIN number. I expected a charge of only one dollar but was actually charged $18.95. This overdraft is beyond my means, and I feel deceived by the pricing. I never received the service I paid for. I request the charges be reversed, and the service stopped and canceled. My name is Barrett Kane, and this is my email address. The payment was made with my Visa card linked to my PNC bank debit card ending in [redacted] with an expiration date of 9/23.

I was charged $18.95 for a supposedly free VIN check online. I agreed to pay $1 to proceed, but then saw the $18.95 charge on my account. I expect an immediate refund. I feel misled by the advertising of a free service. I demand my money back promptly.
