I have received quotes from Brian Richert to move furniture from a home in Barnegat, NJ, to three addresses in Kansas and one location in Seattle, Washington. Since January 23, I have tried to reach him multiple times by both phone and email to clarify some details on the quotes, but I have not received any responses.
I am the Executor of my sister-in-law's estate, and I am unable to proceed with selling the house until the furniture is removed. Due to Mr. Richert's lack of communication, I am seeking assistance from another United Van Lines representative to facilitate the furniture delivery.
The quotes in question are U00594-220YM01 and U00594-780SJR2.
