I had to change my original flight due to a family emergency, and now I am stranded in Des Moines Airport with limited assistance from United Airlines. There is a lack of support, leading to confusion and frustration among passengers. I am trying to adjust my train ride from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach due to the delay, but I am facing technical issues with the app. I am requesting a transfer to another airline with a direct flight to Fort Lauderdale or a connecting flight to get to Florida. I also need a refund for my train ticket, which I cannot amend or cancel online. I am willing to provide proof of purchase. Furthermore, I am seeking a credit to my membership account or an alternative transportation solution to reach West Palm Beach. I hope for a resolution to this situation to continue being a loyal member of the Miles and Rewards Program. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On December 21, [redacted], I bought a $75 Top Golf e-gift card through MileagePlus X. The confirmation number for the purchase is 181222EX[redacted]01. We might have received and accidentally deleted the ecard at [redacted] or never received it at all. The recipient recently informed us that the card was not received. I only have the confirmation number. Could you please re-issue the ecard or refund the points to my account? Kindly let me know at your earliest convenience.

I changed my name legally in [redacted] and have the documentation to prove it. Recently, I updated my United Mileage Plus account by verifying my email and ensuring all my information is accurate. When I attempted to upload a photo of my legal name change document, the website indicated that the file size was too large, despite it being just one page long. I am unsure of what steps to take next to complete this necessary update. My passport, other airline details, driver's license, voter registration, and more have reflected my new name since [redacted].

I recently got approved for a United Explorer Card, but when trying to purchase tickets, I timed out. Now, as I'm trying to complete the purchase, the system is not giving me the option to use my new card. I would like to use my United Explorer Card for the transaction. How can I ensure that the system prompts me to use this card? I won't have the physical card in hand for another two weeks, so I need to finalize this booking now. I recently made changes to my reservation to accommodate a friend joining me on the trip with reference GC7YGY. Initially, I accepted a first-class upgrade offer for $[redacted] after purchasing my ticket. However, since my friend couldn't be upgraded, we chose to travel together in coach. The agent helped us use our frequent flyer points to upgrade to first class for the return flight. Despite being assured by the agent I would receive a refund, I was surprised to only get a $42 refund and was informed by United that a refund wasn't applicable due to the voluntary downgrade. I'm frustrated as I wouldn't have downgraded if I knew this. I have requested to speak to a supervisor but have been waiting on hold for assistance.
