Hello, I would like assistance with organizing my parents' holiday card. We will be vacationing together during the holidays and plan to take a group photo then. My parents always want all 17 names included on the front of the card, which requires special formatting. Can you review the card in my cart to ensure everyone's name can be included? Additionally, could the envelopes and labels be sent out now so my parents can address them early? We intend to upload the photo during our vacation and have the cards ready when we return so they can easily mail them out. I'm hoping you can assist us in achieving this.

I'm confused about the pricing for the cards in my order. Yesterday, I adjusted the card finish to squared off corners, and the price was updated to 1.84/card instead of the initial 1.49/card I thought applied. I assumed this meant 1.49/card plus 0.35 for addressing equaled the total of 1.84/card. However, this morning, the cart is not reflecting the same calculations as yesterday. Could you please check if there was an error in the pricing calculation? Thank you.

Hello, I recently received my order (#[redacted]) and discovered two gray lines on the back images of the cards, one on the left side of the left image and one at the bottom of the right image. This gives the impression that the images are dirty. I would like to request a reorder of the cards, as I have tried uploading them again without seeing the issue on my end. I am unsure if the problem originated during the upload process on your site. I am eager to have the cards promptly, but this issue must be resolved. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Lindsay

Order number [redacted]. I placed my order for cards almost two weeks ago, but upon receiving them, I noticed the photos were overexposed. After contacting customer service, I was informed they would be reprinted. However, I am now facing difficulties approving the reprint and have spent hours on hold. As a long-time customer, I am feeling very frustrated with this process.
