Hello, I am facing a significant issue that stems from my visit to your Alliston store approximately four months ago. During that visit, I had a conversation with the store manager regarding a tablet or phone to assist my wife in contacting her family in Indonesia through the WhatsApp app. The store manager recommended a tablet deal that included two years of data for $[redacted], with the option to keep the tablet at the end. Despite confirming with the manager that the tablet could indeed support the WhatsApp app, I encountered technical difficulties for over six weeks trying to make it work. After consulting with experts and even visiting Virgin Mobility, it was revealed that the tablet is not compatible with WhatsApp. Consequently, I had to cancel the data plan, incurring a $[redacted].87 cancellation fee. Regrettably, the store where I made the purchase did not offer any assistance. I am seeking clarification on the steps your company intends to take to address this matter.
