I called yesterday to cancel my account and payment, but a new charge of $[redacted] was still taken from my credit card. I need that money refunded. My name is Tony, and I canceled my account with you. I reached out because I found a different solution, spoke to two representatives who confirmed the cancellation, yet the charge still went through. Please refund the money back to my card.

I have a concern regarding my recent payment for the credit repair service. I paid the initial monthly fee of $[redacted].00 last week, but an additional $[redacted].00 was taken from my checking account through an unauthorized debit card transaction ending in Visa [redacted] today. I believe this was an unauthorized payment and am requesting a prompt refund of these funds. Due to this unauthorized activity, I have put a lock on my checking account, which may affect the return of the money. I will be speaking with my bank, HVCU, to address this matter further.
