TerraCycle Customer Service Issues

Hello TerraCycle team, I'm Maddie Shiff, a Strategic Project Manager at TemperPack and a passionate advocate for sustainability. TemperPack has been utilizing TerraCycle bins successfully for over a year. The Zero Waste Boxes have been instrumental in reducing breakroom waste at our company. Recently, we partnered with CleanRiver to design a new waste station aimed at enhancing our waste management system. Unfortunately, there was a sizing issue with the TerraCycle bins, and they do not fit within the designated slot of the waste station. We are eager to find a solution and remain committed to using TerraCycle products. We have a couple of ideas to address this challenge, such as creating a custom corrugated box that mimics the TerraCycle design or exploring the possibility of TerraCycle offering a new size option that fits our requirements. We are open to discussing these options further and would appreciate your input on resolving this issue effectively.
