Hello TerraCycle team,
I'm Maddie Shiff, a Strategic Project Manager at TemperPack and a passionate advocate for sustainability. TemperPack has been utilizing TerraCycle bins successfully for over a year. The Zero Waste Boxes have been instrumental in reducing breakroom waste at our company. Recently, we partnered with CleanRiver to design a new waste station aimed at enhancing our waste management system. Unfortunately, there was a sizing issue with the TerraCycle bins, and they do not fit within the designated slot of the waste station. We are eager to find a solution and remain committed to using TerraCycle products.
We have a couple of ideas to address this challenge, such as creating a custom corrugated box that mimics the TerraCycle design or exploring the possibility of TerraCycle offering a new size option that fits our requirements. We are open to discussing these options further and would appreciate your input on resolving this issue effectively. We value our partnership with TerraCycle and look forward to continuing our sustainable practices with your support.
