The individual delivering to [redacted] US Highway 19 N in Clearwater, Florida at Embassy Mobile Home Park needs to address their noisy car. The vehicle requires a new muffler as it creates a disturbance during early morning deliveries. The prolonged idling in front of my house and neighboring residences is disruptive and has been ongoing for over six months. I initially reported this issue over two weeks ago, but it has yet to be resolved despite assurances from a representative. If not rectified promptly, I may need to personally address the delivery person or even escalate the matter further. Assistance in promptly resolving this noise concern is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I contacted customer service this morning before 11:00 am. After navigating multiple prompts, I finally reached a representative at 11:01 am, only to find out that they had already left for the day at 11:00 am. I am extremely frustrated by this experience and am in need of assistance. I would appreciate a call back on Monday after 10:00 am to address the issue. My concern is regarding the delivery of two Sunday papers to [redacted] Saltwater Blvd, Tampa, Florida. I would like to confirm the expiration dates on each of them. While I originally requested two papers for coupons, I am considering reducing it to one due to fewer coupons being included. I placed a stop on the second Sunday paper and want to ensure that the full 7-day delivery, including Sunday, is not affected. Please reach out to me on Monday at [redacted].

As the Trustee for a Small Probate Estate, I am seeking assistance from the advertising division that deals with this matter. I require access to "examples" of the Small Probate Estate Notice to ensure its accuracy, as I aim to avoid any potential setbacks from the Judge. Understanding that the notice must run for 4 consecutive weeks, I will need pricing details once the content is ready for publishing. I would appreciate a readily available contact number for such inquiries on the website for more convenience. The location for the notification is in Hillsborough County. My name is M.A. Counts, contact number HOME [redacted] or TEXT [redacted], and my EMAIL IS [redacted]

I used to be a loyal reader of the Tampa Tribune but stopped in the early 2000s due to their decision to cancel one of my beloved comics to address criticism over dropping Beetle Bailey. Although not a big Beetle Bailey fan, I had predicted the fallout from its cancellation. My disappointment grew significantly this year when the Tribune dropped Non Sequitur. I understand the backlash against the artist's actions but believe a warning would suffice for a first offense. Considering Jameis Winston's multiple second chances in football, the discrepancy is glaring. Today, two more of my favorite comics were axed, one of which led me to leave the Tribune originally. I harbor strong negative feelings towards the Tribune's management, particularly the executive editor. I wish for the paper's closure. Adding more comics online does not fill the void left by the printed newspaper's absence.

Our household at [redacted] Palm Tree Dr. in Thonotosassa, FL [redacted] experienced our paper delivery driver driving through our yard and our neighbor's yard to make a u-turn on Sunday, 12/15/19, at 2:35 AM. I saw this as I let out the dogs and observed the driver making a u-turn through our driveway and grass, initially passing through our neighbor's yard. I wish to terminate our subscription and receive a refund for the remaining weeks. I had previously noticed someone driving over our yard but didn't know who until now. The disrespectful driver appears to be our paper delivery person, as confirmed by our security footage. It is completely unacceptable to disregard our property like this. Please cancel our subscription and issue a refund promptly for the remaining period. I have additional information available if needed. Thank you.

We have encountered problems with our Sunday paper delivery for the past two weeks. On Sunday, the 8th, we had to call customer service and a paper was eventually delivered to our door. However, the following Sunday, the 15th, after two phone calls, a recorded message informed us we would receive a credit on our account instead of the paper. We were not given the choice to receive the paper as we preferred. We would appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this ongoing issue with our Sunday paper delivery. Thank you.

I would like to provide some feedback on the delivery service. Sometimes, the driver misses the driveway and throws the paper in the street. I want to emphasize that this is not a major issue, but as I am severely handicapped and use a walker, picking up the paper becomes quite a challenge. Each additional step increases my pain levels. I want to express that the driver is performing well otherwise. Today, after the delivery, the paper got run over and ended up dirty under the torn wrapper. I have no trouble with the driver using my driveway for the delivery; in fact, I'm the last house on the street, making it more convenient for them. I am not complaining, just making a simple request to improve the delivery process. Despite this small issue, I appreciate the paper being early. Thank you for passing this message along to the driver, and please thank them for their service. My address is 49 Rosewood Drive, Thonotosassa FL. Thank you, Marks. Have a wonderful day, everyone!

I have not received my newspaper despite calling three times to have it re-delivered. During the last call, the recorded message mentioned crediting my account, but I simply want the paper delivered. I attempted to reach a person by trying three different numbers, but that was unsuccessful. Additionally, on rainy days, the delivery person doesn't even try to place the paper under the carport. Instead, I end up with a wet, green plastic bag.

I experienced a difficult situation within the domestic violence court system. On 10/18/[redacted], I called [redacted] as a victim but was unjustly arrested based on false information from the attacker and my boyfriend. Despite presenting evidence and pleading the 5th during a court trial in 2/13/[redacted], Judge Amy Williams chose to extend the order from Judge Ramsburger in 10/24/[redacted] until 1/31/[redacted]. Even though I was found NOT GUILTY in a jury trial where witnesses lied, including the arresting officer, attacker, boyfriend, and my father who was manipulated due to mental health issues, Judge Amy Williams still denied my request to lift the order after multiple attempts to provide supporting documents.

We have been experiencing delivery issues for several months. Despite numerous calls to the office, the problem persists. We were assured that the service would improve, yet we continue to face problems. They pledged to deliver our paper on Wednesdays and Sundays, but once again, it did not arrive yesterday. This marks 38 days of missed deliveries despite assurances from the delivery team. Can we rely on receiving the paper on Easter Sunday? Bert and Martin have not fulfilled their promises. As loyal customers for over 40 years, we urgently need this matter addressed.

I have been a loyal subscriber to the Tampa Bay Times for a long time. My renewed subscription costs approximately $[redacted] per year, a steep price that I find worth it for the content and writers. I reside at [redacted] Feather Cove Lane in Clearwater within the Feather Sound area and need to address a delivery issue. The Sunday paper consistently arrives very late, sometimes past 10:00 am, which is unacceptable for me. On Wednesdays, the paper is delivered around 5:00 am, which I appreciate. I am perplexed by the significant time gap in delivery on Sundays. Despite enduring this problem for months, I am now officially lodging a complaint. I urge the newspaper to assign a new delivery person who can bring the paper early on both days, catering to the majority of us who prefer it in the morning rather than mid to late morning.

Today, on Sunday, December 20, [redacted], no home on my block received a newspaper in the driveway. When I attempted to call the customer service number, I was unable to reach a live representative despite trying numerous times. The available options were limited, and after several minutes of trying, I gave up. I noticed a car delivering papers at 8:45 am, but my main concern is the inability to speak to a human representative. I was about to go out to buy a paper when I saw the delivery car. I believe there are definite issues that need to be addressed. - Jack Brown

For the past 3 months, the delivery service for our Tampa Bay Times newspaper has been inconsistent. The carrier either tosses the paper into the water run-off gutter, leaving it soaked, or delivers it sporadically. Despite my efforts to address this issue by sending photos and making complaints, the problem persists. Our neighborhood, Waterford Crossing in Dunedin (though our address is Palm Harbor due to the Post Office), seems to receive their papers regularly, while we do not. The paper only arrives twice a week, but it is essential to both my wife and me. It appears the carrier may be retaliating for my previous complaint about wet papers being thrown in the gutter. Attempts to reach out to the Tampa Bay Times via calls and emails have been unsuccessful, and the situation remains unresolved.

I have not received my Sunday paper this week and the Wednesday paper was also missing. This has occurred at least four times this year for the Sunday paper. About two weeks ago, I did manage to get one Sunday paper after my neighbors at [redacted] Pinehurst Road in Dunedin also reported missing papers. The subscription for the Sunday and Wednesday papers was a gift from my niece, :Felicia Johnson, prepaid until September [redacted]. I am Lenore Satterfield, living at [redacted] Pinehurst Road, 2F in Dunedin, FL. If the papers cannot be delivered to the condo complex, we may need to discuss canceling the subscription and refunding the money. I would appreciate a resolution to ensure the papers are delivered or the account is credited back to my niece. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

I have once again encountered an issue with not receiving my newspaper from the Tampa Bay Times, this time with the Sunday paper dated 11-20-[redacted]. Despite reporting this problem on multiple occasions, I have not received any credit for the missing newspaper. Each time I reach out, I am told that the matter will be investigated, but unfortunately, no further action is taken. This situation is not only costing me money, but it is also depriving me of the news and other valuable content that I am paying for. As a loyal customer of over 50 years, I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication regarding my missing deliveries. I reside at [redacted] Chippendale Ct., Tampa, Fl. [redacted], and I am eager to understand what steps will be taken to address this ongoing issue.

I have been unable to access the e-paper all week. Your customer service system doesn't provide live support, leaving me frustrated as I've tried to resolve this issue for a week. Instead, it directs me to a site that tries to charge me for assistance, which is confusing. I even tried to pay my bill, which showed my account is active, but ended up opening a new account and was charged $[redacted]. I urgently require assistance from a customer service representative. I'm seeking a refund of the $[redacted]. The ability to speak with a person directly would be greatly appreciated, as the e-paper is essential for my daily routine and I have no alternative at the moment.
