I have realized that I accidentally sent a check to TV Guide for $[redacted].56 instead of the $15.00 subscription cost. The check (#[redacted] from my BB&T checking account) was dated 2/6/19 and cleared on 2/13/19. I am hoping for a refund of the overpayment of $[redacted].56. I have yet to receive any magazine issues. Thank you for your assistance. Bruce P.

I did not receive my TV guide this week, and the new one is starting on Monday the 21st. I am usually not late receiving it, so I am upset. I would like to know if it was sent and if not, I would like to receive it. I would also appreciate an extra issue to extend for a week. Generally, I receive the TV guide on Wednesdays before the existing one ends, but this time is different. As my current magazine ends tomorrow on the 20th, I am concerned about the missing issue. I just need to know if it has been sent and when. Thank you, Lori N.

The updated TV Guide App has been disappointing. As a loyal customer since [redacted], I'm frustrated with the recent changes. The removal of episode descriptions when clicking on a show has made it difficult to know what's airing. The "I'll Watch" feature, which indicated the number of viewers for an episode, was also a useful tool that has been removed. For TV enthusiasts like me, it's more important to have episode details rather than a general show description. Please consider bringing back these essential features to improve user experience. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

I rely on TVguide.com to check schedules, and the latest update has caused issues for me. I cannot log in using Safari as my browser, which means it no longer saves my cable provider, viewing preferences, zip code, or time zone. Safari has been my preferred browser for years as a Mac user. While I understand the service is free, I am bombarded with advertising and video clips that autoplay even after I've disabled them. Many Apple users like me, including seniors, rely on Apple devices and don't see the need to use another browser just for this site. It is important for tvguide.com to function properly with Safari, as many users utilize Apple technology like iPads, iPhones, and Macs. I have been a loyal user for years and hope the website can accommodate Safari users like me effectively.

Subject: Continuous Delivery Issues with TV Guide Subscription Dear Concerned Party, I am disappointed to report that for the second time, I have encountered delays in receiving my TV Guide subscription on time. Despite following the advice of your customer service team to contact the post office, the issue remains unresolved. The magazines have consistently been arriving a week late since February, as illustrated by the delays in receiving the March 29-April 11 and April 12-April 25 issues. To my dismay, the April 26-May 9 edition is also overdue. It seems there is an ongoing pattern of delayed deliveries that needs to be addressed urgently. I urge your Shipping Manager to collaborate with USPS to resolve this matter promptly. Sincerely, Denise R. Address: [redacted] Clover Ln, Florissant, Missouri [redacted] Subscription Details: #BXNCRXT AUTO. 5 Digit [redacted] #TVM[redacted]/4#. 18JUL23 [redacted]. PO98. [redacted] [redacted] Information from my mailing label.

I've been experiencing issues with my TV Guide subscription for over a year. I initially paid for the service until Feb 21, [redacted], but extended it for another year through Amazon. Due to a change in mail carriers, I didn't receive the guide for three to four months. I contacted TV Guide, and they added an additional year, but I continue to receive urgent payment notices. Despite sending multiple address labels to the subscription office, the issue persists, and I haven't received a TV Guide for a few weeks. I'm a loyal reader and prefer the print version. Can we please resolve this ongoing problem, or should I consider discontinuing the subscription? I'm feeling very frustrated by this situation. Thank you, Julia Garland.

I am experiencing repeated issues with undelivered TV Guide magazines, which is frustrating. I have been a subscriber since the publication's inception in [redacted], apart from my military service from May [redacted] to March [redacted]. My subscription is valid until January 16, [redacted], and the missing magazines are causing me financial loss. I am requesting a senior corporate officer to escalate a complaint to the Postmaster General of the United States on my behalf, with a copy sent to me. Thank you. We have been receiving bills for TV Guide Magazines that we did not order. The invoices are addressed to my daughter and me at the same location. Despite contacting TV Guide previously by phone and letter, the bills and magazines continue to arrive. The account numbers associated with these bills are [redacted] and [redacted], each totaling $89.00. As we never authorized these subscriptions and have informed the company before, we do not plan to pay the bills and request the immediate cancellation of these unwanted subscriptions. We suspect a neighbor might be providing our names for these orders, although we lack evidence. There have been similar instances with other neighbors who also received unordered TV Guide magazines. To prevent such situations, TV Guide should consider requiring credit card information or upfront payment for orders.

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out because, despite placing two orders this year, my son, incarcerated at the Federal Detention Center in Seattle, has not received the TV Guide. The extensive address format for inmates may have caused delivery issues. His address is as follows: Antonio Brugnoli Baskin Reg. #[redacted]-[redacted] FDC SeaTac Federal Detention Center PO Box [redacted] Seattle, WA [redacted] Could you please resume sending the TV Guide to him? Kindly confirm if any additional fees are required. Thank you, Martha B.
