This is the fourth occurrence of our Sunday newspaper being either taken or not delivered. We are quite distressed by this situation. The paper frequently arrives after 10 in the morning, which is disappointing. We rely on the newspaper for coupons and both enjoy reading it thoroughly. Please contact me at [redacted]. This can be achieved by creating an online channel or website where audio versions of newspapers can be downloaded, either for a fee lower than traditional print newspapers or for free for the previous day's news. Authors could narrate their own articles, adding suitable music to enhance the listening experience. This approach not only aids the visually impaired but also engages more people, including youngsters, in staying informed. The potential benefits are vast, and the concept could evolve further over time.

I kindly request that the newspaper be delivered to the front door, not outside the gate. Please toss it over the front gate at Jules Verne to the front door, as previously done. I am unsure if there is a new delivery person or if this change is intentional, as it forces me to go out in the rain in my pajamas to unlock the gate. I have noticed this alteration for the past three weeks and wonder if there was a reason for the adjustment or if the regular delivery person is upset. This is my second attempt to address this concern after calling yesterday. I would appreciate it if the delivery person could be informed of this issue to avoid further inconvenience. As a loyal forty-year subscriber, I am deeply disappointed with the current delivery issues I have been facing. The frequent absence of my paper deliveries, and receiving wet papers nearly half the time, has become unacceptable. The lack of Sunday paper delivery is particularly disheartening. When attempting to reach out by phone, I have been unsuccessful in getting through to anyone for assistance. While I understand the challenges of reduced delivery frequency, the decline in service quality is frustrating. I even had a frustrating experience when trying to contact support and was told how fortunate I was to receive the coupons in the Sunday paper. My neighbor, who recently resubscribed, is also encountering problems with their deliveries. We often find only one paper on our shared walkway – creating a dilemma as to who it belongs to since we both have active subscriptions. I am seeking a resolution to this issue promptly to avoid considering cancellation. Your attention to and resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My long-standing subscription to The Times is in disarray. Instead of receiving one paper, my elderly and disabled mother is receiving two papers and being charged for both. I believe she should be compensated for the additional fees she's paying. Despite her efforts to clarify the issue with customer service, she has not received any response or indication of a refund. As she relies on a fixed income, it's crucial to rectify this promptly. My mother has been a loyal customer for many years, only to face this situation now. I need help getting the Sunday paper as our complex has not received it in three weeks. We get three Sunday papers, and four owners confirmed they are paid up. It's a hassle each Sunday morning trying to secure a paper before others do. A neighbor suggested canceling the paper if customer service can't assist. We are a drop delivery at [redacted] S Florida Ave, where papers are thrown from a car for subscribers. Despite posting notices for owners to ensure payment, the issue persists as neighbors share papers. We seek help and suggest the delivery person call in the early morning at our site if feasible. I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my newspaper. Instead of being delivered to my door, it is being thrown into the entryway at the bottom of the staircase to my condo, resulting in a wet and unreadable paper.
