I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company's customer service. They showed no concern for the customers who buy their low-quality products. Their failure to address my complaint has left me extremely dissatisfied. It's appalling to see a company display such disregard for customer feedback. I urge everyone to reconsider supporting this unethical business. I made multiple refund requests, provided copies of my receipt and the defective item, as well as my contact details and proposed resolution. Despite my efforts, Steam Support failed to respond or offer any assistance. Their lack of response is unacceptable.
