1. Roto-Rooter in New Orleans visited one of my apartments but failed to provide a fix, did not follow up with a call, and did not determine the issue.
2. Despite three follow-up calls, the notes in their system are unhelpful, as relayed to me.
3. The job was prepaid with a corporate credit card as agreed.
4. I am currently disabled and unable to climb stairs. The issue is with a faulty thermostatic shower valve cartridge that needs replacement, setting the limit stop, and assessing the pressure balance valve and anti-scald valve.
5. A service representative recently told me, just minutes ago, that my frustration did not matter to him.
6. They have performed well at other properties I own.
7. To resolve this, I request a different unbiased plumber, regardless of race or concerns.
8. Please send a professional, kind, and fair plumber familiar with replacing a shower valve cartridge. The work requires minimal contact as the bathroom is directly near the emergency exit on the top floor without ease of access.
9. Fairness and honesty are all I seek, mirroring the service received in the past.
10. Despite my disability, all I ask for is a competent plumber to complete the job satisfactorily without any favors.
