I redeemed my mobile points for two free sandwiches, but when I received them, both were noticeably skimpy on ingredients. Each sandwich had minimal meat and cheese, and the bread was stuck together. One sandwich had only 4 pieces of chicken, the other had 5 with just a single tomato. Unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence at the Lorton Quiznos. The staff there lacks cooperation. I would appreciate a refund of the points as the sandwiches were far from satisfactory. Thank you.

I didn't expect it to end like this. We were thrilled to finally have these sandwiches again. Most locations in my state had been closed for nearly 3 years. My husband is a big fan and will go anywhere for these sandwiches. There was one recently opened location in our state, and it was a huge letdown. The sandwiches were poorly presented, the meats were undercooked, the ingredients weren't fresh, and the combinations were bad. Both my husband and I got sick after eating them, just a few bites in. I couldn't even finish mine. We both felt nauseated and ended up vomiting. I'm requesting a full refund for both sandwiches. We drove 50 miles for this disappointing experience.
