As a seasonal resident, I attempted to set up a new subscription on June 21st. However, the customer service representative mistakenly re-activated last year's cancelled subscription (acct #[redacted]). Despite my efforts, the paper was not delivered on Sunday as scheduled. After numerous calls to customer service, I encountered difficulties with the automatic system not recognizing my current address. Each day, the paper failed to arrive, and my attempts to escalate the issue to a supervisor were unproductive. In light of the poor service and missing papers, I am hopeful for a resolution that involves receiving today's paper, being exempt from charges for the missed papers, and potentially receiving a complimentary month on my account. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you, Brian Harrington.

I recently moved to Waldoboro and was promised newspaper delivery starting on Monday. However, I have not received any papers yet. I canceled delivery at my old address in Kennebunk. My name is David Ezzy, and you can reach me at [redacted] or contact my wife Mary Kelty at [redacted]. Please update me on this situation. Thank you.
