My shipment was sent out on 11/15 with an expected delivery of 11/22. Tracking revealed the package took 7 days to reach California. It lingered in Barstow for approximately 18 hours before moving [redacted] miles to Stockton. Surprisingly, it remained there until the next day before progressing merely 16 miles to Lodi, where it sat for over 24 hours. It then traveled another 35 miles to Sacramento, arriving on the 25th. Despite FedEx indicating it's still in Sacramento, their system claims it will come today. While I recognize this isn't your responsibility, it's frustrating as this seems to be a recurring issue with FedEx, with delayed deliveries of perishable items leading to two-week waits. Upon arrival, packages are soiled and damaged, causing inconvenience. Thus, I've decided to avoid businesses using FedEx and have recommended the same to friends. I've been a loyal customer of your shoe products for years, but as long as you continue with FedEx, I regret that I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a suit a month ago, but only received the pants. Unfortunately, I no longer need the suit as the occasion has passed, so I'm looking to return the pants and cancel the suit jacket. However, I've been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I tried to process the return on the website using the pant order number WPE624702, but it says the order is not in their system. I'm feeling frustrated as the customer service seems lacking.

During a recent visit to the Perry Ellis store at Palm Beach Outlets, my husband encountered an issue with the length of a pair of pants. After seeking assistance from a salesman, he was met with a disappointing level of customer service. The interaction escalated when the salesman responded rudely, leaving us feeling undervalued as customers. This experience has made us reconsider our loyalty to the brand, despite my husband's fondness for their clothing. The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member is concerning and does not reflect well on Perry Ellis as a company.
