I am in need of help with getting an endorsement on an insurance check. The check was issued for flood damages to our house and is payable to both Pen Fed Credit Union and our trust checking account. Unfortunately, our local branch in Irvine, California, is closed, and the next closest branch is in San Diego. Due to our age and health issues, including battling cancer, traveling, especially during the COVID pandemic, is very challenging for us.

I reviewed my credit card statement today and discovered two charges from the same company on 11/17 totaling $[redacted].65. The statement displays a NJ phone number ([redacted]) and two websites: FITNICSKETO.COM ($89.92) and FITNICSDETOX.COM ($89.73). I attempted to contact Penfed about this issue but was left on hold for an extended period. Upon calling the phone number listed, I was informed that the company is a third party requiring more details from me to assist, which I declined. I plan to contact my credit union to address this potential fraudulent activity. A visit to their website revealed BBB complaints against them. I urge prompt action to address these unauthorized charges and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter quickly.

I feel disappointed with the service I received from PenFed. The last communication I had from the company was on May 19, [redacted], at 16:13, stating that my PenFed Gold Visa® card with a $10,[redacted] credit limit and 15.49% variable APR had been approved, and that the card would arrive in 5-7 business days. When the card didn't arrive within the expected time frame, I contacted customer service and was informed that the initial approval was a mistake due to a system error.
I reapplied on June 4, after encountering issues with the website and completing the application through an agent. I am seeking clarification on whether any additional information is required and the current status of my application.
Given the misleading information provided previously, I am uncertain about the company's integrity. I hope to receive the card as initially promised in the approval email from May 19th, without further setbacks or discrepancies.

I am having trouble paying my PenFed credit card bill. I have been attempting to link my BankAmerica checking account for payment, but the two mini deposits PenFed was supposed to make never appeared. During a chat with PenFed support, the chat abruptly ended without resolving the issue. I am concerned because the due date is approaching and I may have to involve the State Banking Commission. I usually pay my bills on time, and PenFed's difficulty in processing my payment is frustrating. Is Pen Fed Credit Union pushing customers to use online banking? I am having trouble logging in. They are asking me to submit a form, but what form? My payment will be late now. I need to access my statement. Why is it so hard to reach a customer service representative? What's the point of having a contact number if no one answers? It feels like nobody is working. This new system is frustrating. The old customer service used to actually help. They need to remember the saying "The customer is always right."
