We have been using Pampers sensitive diaper size 4 for our 9-month-old baby. Recently, the diaper burst while we were sleeping, and our baby ingested some of the absorbent gel. We tried to contact Pampers for assistance, but our call was disconnected after leaving a voicemail. This lack of response is disappointing and unprofessional. We have relied on Pampers for the quality and safety of their diapers for the past 9 months, but with this experience, we are reconsidering. If you receive this message, please reply promptly as this is a serious issue concerning our child's safety.

I have a two-month-old baby who exclusively uses Pampers products. Recently, I ran out of her size 1 Pampers swaddlers and purchased two boxes from Target. Upon opening one box, I noticed the Pampers were different from the previous ones I had with a Sesame Street theme, and they seemed less absorbent and secure. In addition, when I opened the second sealed box, one pack was already open, and 10 diapers were missing. Despite contacting Target, they claimed no responsibility as they do not package the items. I am disappointed with the quality and the missing diapers and would appreciate receiving a box of Pampers swaddlers in size 1 that match the previous absorbency and reliability of the Sesame Street-themed ones I had before.

I have consistently purchased Pampers for my son, but my recent experience with a box bought in Phoenix, AZ at Fry's Food and Drug Store on 19th Avenue and Union Hills has been disappointing. The diapers from the last two boxes seem to have defective parts as my son has been leaking from both sides. The issue appears to be with the straight cut across the outer leg inside the diaper. I now have two open sleeves with missing diapers that I cannot use, forcing me to switch to Huggies, which have been working well for my son. As a single mom of three boys, I rely on quality diapers, and this unexpected change has been frustrating. I have always praised Pampers for their reliability, but this recent experience has left me no choice but to switch to another brand. Thank you for addressing my concern. Sincerely, The Larive Family

About a year ago, I bought two cases of Pampers diapers for my kids. Unfortunately, most of the diapers were defective as they were missing the tabs to fasten them properly. I was promised a refund through a prepaid debit card but have encountered multiple issues. The card was sent to my old address and arrived expired. I have since updated my address twice and still not received a valid card. After contacting the company, they agreed to resend another card, but it has not reached me. I got remarried and have moved again, trying to update my information with no success. The last card was sent to [redacted] Rush River Dr., Sacramento, CA [redacted] under the name Ebony Ángulo. I need Pampers to update my name to Ebony Schelmety and send the new card to my current address at [redacted] Parker Ave., Sacramento, CA [redacted]. The debit card company mentioned that only Pampers could assist with this issue, so I'm reaching out for urgent help after facing this problem for over a year.

I recently realized my over 12,[redacted] points, accumulated over the years since my children were born, have expired. I was unaware that they could expire and even have over 50 codes yet to be entered. I had planned to redeem them all once I finished purchasing Pampers products. I am disappointed as it doesn't seem worth it to start over. I hope I can get my points back.

As an early childhood educator, I have witnessed numerous skin reactions in children eventually leading me to regularly advise parents that purple Pampers can trigger such issues over time. While I'm not a medical professional, the frequency of these reactions has prompted me to suggest switching to a different brand and incorporating hydrocortisone cream. It's disheartening to witness this scenario unfold. With a deep regard for every child in my care, I strongly feel the need to raise this concern. There seems to be an element in these diapers that triggers skin reactions in children, particularly those with sensitive skin. I urge for action to address this issue. One child endured this reaction for 5 months, mistakenly diagnosed as yeast by the doctor. Persistently advocating for a diaper change paid off when they switched brands and used a steroid cream, resolving the problem. I remain vigilant as these reactions can develop over time, despite parents' belief that prolonged use is harmless. I worry for children without the advocacy of attentive teachers like myself. Witnessing the severity of these reactions deeply troubles me.

I recently purchased a [redacted]-pack of Swaddlers in size #2, but I've encountered an issue with 21 of the diapers being faulty - the tabs are tearing off. This is frustrating, as we've been loyal customers since day 1. Despite trying to return the defective diapers to the store, they weren't accepted due to some being missing. I was directed to contact you for a replacement pack. Would you like me to send photos as proof of the faulty diapers? I'm disappointed with this experience and hoping for a resolution.

I recently purchased a box of Pampers Cruisers 160ct and have encountered a significant problem. The diapers are falling apart, specifically, the cushion or absorbent beads inside the diaper come loose even when the diaper is not full. This has led to messy situations that are difficult to clean up. Given the cost and my previous positive experiences with this brand, I am puzzled by this issue. I hope this is not a widespread problem as my son has sensitive skin and reacts poorly to other brands. I felt it necessary to reach out via email to address my concerns. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my feedback.

Hello, I have an 8-month-old baby boy. Since his birth, I have been using Pampers faithfully without any complaints. Recently, I purchased a large box of Pampers Cruisers size 3 from Sam's Club and encountered issues with the blue tabs on the diapers. Approximately 15 diapers in the box had tabs that popped off when I tried to fasten them to the diaper, resulting in wasted diapers. Considering the cost of diapers, it has been disappointing. I have always been satisfied with Pampers before this experience and hope for a resolution or compensation for the unusable diapers.

I recently switched to Pampers from Huggies for my 5-month-old daughter. I purchased a [redacted]-count box for $49.99. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I noticed that some of the diapers were missing and others wouldn't stay on my baby properly. This has been very frustrating for me as I don't have a lot of money to purchase more diapers, especially since half of the box is unusable. I reached out to the store where I bought them, but they directed me to contact the manufacturer. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved. Please send a replacement box of diapers to my address at [redacted] Lower Dry Creek Rd. Laceys Spring, Al [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Sharlett S.

I purchased a new box of Pampers Cruisers size 5 diapers for my 2-year-old from Sam's Club, but unfortunately, my son keeps waking up soaked. I have tried switching to size 6 with the same results. It has been frustrating having to clean his bedding and car seat multiple times due to leaks. I have already spent over $55 on diapers that are not working for us. As a loyal Pampers customer, I have never experienced this issue before. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this ongoing problem.

I've experienced two issues with Pampers diapers from several boxes I've bought recently. Initially, the diapers burst and release absorbing chemicals regardless of how full they are, happening multiple times daily. Also, my child developed a rash since June 6, and doctors suspect a formula change in Pampers is the cause. As my son has only used Pampers, the correlation seems likely. I'm curious about any alterations in the chemical composition or other differences in the diaper that might explain these issues.

I am frustrated with the poor customer service contact I have experienced regarding their app. Every update seems to make it worse. After the last update, I lost my reward points. Now, the app is asking for my phone number to send a security code, but then claims my email address is already in use. This means I can't even access the app now. Trying to contact customer service only adds to the frustration. I had to search online for their number since the app wasn't working. When I finally called, I was directed back to the app for help and then abruptly hung up on. It's frustrating to go through all this trouble just to get assistance as a loyal customer.

A friend's fiancé is fighting stage 4 cancer, and they are in need of wipes and size 6 pull-ups for their 4-year-old and 1-year-old children. Due to the financial strain of raising funds for treatment in Houston, Texas, they are struggling to afford these essentials. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Their names are Davi and Cindy, and they can be reached at [redacted] 11th Ave S, apt#2, Minneapolis, MN [redacted]. Thank you for considering helping out. Amanda Steffen

I put my 9-month-old, 18-pound daughter in a size 4 - 12-hour Pampers diaper overnight (9-10 hours). In the morning, I found a white "crystallized" material on her legs, bum, and pajamas. It seems like the diaper split along the seam. Luckily, she was wearing pajamas, or she might have ingested the substance if she had found it in her crib. I can provide pictures for evidence. Later, when changing her diaper, I noticed that one side was not secured. Despite the blue tag being intact, the backside of the diaper was detached. I suspect it's a weak area of the product. I have pictures to support my concerns. I would like a refund for the box of Pampers I bought as it has made me question their quality. (Note: I can't upload pictures here, but if needed, please provide an email address for me to send them to).

I recently purchased 2 packets of Pampers Premium from Dischem for my 10-week-old twins. However, I've encountered a significant issue with leakage from one of the packs. Both my son and daughter experienced leaks, leading to excessive clothing changes every 2 hours. Even after having my sisters assist with diaper changes, the problem persisted. Upon inspection, I noticed differences in the packaging and labeling of the problematic pack compared to previous Pampers I've used. I have documented evidence and am disappointed with the quality of the 80 Premium Care No. 2 diapers in question. I seek a replacement for this faulty pack, as Pampers is not a budget-friendly option. I am willing to return the leaking diapers for your assessment.

I purchased a pack of size 5 Cruisers and discovered a defect where the tabs on the right side of the diapers didn't have a secure bond. This caused them to come off while trying to put them on my son and break after normal use, leading to accidents. We have had to discard around 25% of the diapers and used the rest. Despite this issue, we remain loyal to Pampers as it's our preferred brand. I don't expect any compensation, but I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to ensure product quality.

As a new mom, I brought my baby home from the hospital last Friday. We have been using Pampers diapers daily, and in just 6 days, I have encountered several faulty diapers. The sticker part doesn't have a fold for sticking, it's just a tab! I have attempted to tape the diaper, but more often than not, I have to discard it. I have come across at least 10 diapers with this issue! I am surprised because Pampers is known as a great brand. I wanted to express my concern in the hopes of resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am quite disappointed with the recent quality of Pampers Cruisers diapers. As a parent of four kids, I have always trusted your brand, but lately, I have been let down by the product. I am not sure if there have been any changes in the way the diapers are manufactured, but they have not been working effectively for me. I initially thought it was a one-time issue, but after experiencing the same problem with a second box, I am concerned. After changing my son’s diaper before his nap or bedtime, I have encountered leaks and jelly-like substance all over him, which is concerning. I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether there have been any changes in the production of the diapers and also arrange a refund for the two boxes of Pampers Cruisers size 5 with [redacted] diapers each that I have purchased. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you.

Hello, I previously contacted you about my concern regarding the Pampers Cruisers diapers I purchased for my son. I bought two large boxes, and both have had issues. The gel from the diapers has been leaking, causing a mess on my son. Even when the diaper is not full, this leakage has led to a severe rash on my child. I've always been a fan of Pampers Cruisers and hope the quality hasn't changed. Could you please replace the two boxes of Size 5 with [redacted] diapers each? If possible, sending a gift certificate through mail would be appreciated as I'm currently unable to make phone calls. Email is the best way to reach me. Thank you for addressing this matter.
