Hello, my name is Ambrocio Fernández Martínez, and I am a regular Patco user. This early morning, around 3:35 am, as I was descending the stairs at stations 15 and 16 in Philadelphia, I slipped and fell on the wet platform floor, which seemed to have just been cleaned. There were no warning signs. I tried to make myself comfortable on the train but upon arriving at Ferry Station, my back was hurting even more. I am heading home now, and the pain persists. I believe this accident could have been prevented with a wet floor sign. I hope to feel better tomorrow, but if not, I will seek legal advice. I appreciate whoever takes the time to read this message.
