I have had ongoing pest control services with Orkin for years, but this summer the treatment for mice was ineffective. I initially called on July 7th to request further assistance, but despite a call back to verify contact information, no technician was scheduled. After waiting for two weeks without any follow-up, I decided to cancel on July 21st due to the lack of resolution. I contacted customer service via email on July 25th to terminate the account, but received no confirmation of the cancellation. Surprisingly, a technician arrived in August unaware of our situation. I then received a bill on 8/26/20, which confused me as it was stated that the previous charges would be refunded. Despite trying to resolve the matter over the phone, I received no assistance, leading to a collections notice on 9/22/20. I am concerned about the impact on my credit score and wish to resolve this issue promptly. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to address ongoing issues with the Denver office regarding the failure to eliminate Carpet Beetles and the disrespectful call I received from Roger on July 29, [redacted]. During the call, Roger was verbally abusive, stating that they would refund my money and suggesting I find another company. I subsequently contacted the Denver office at [redacted] to express my dissatisfaction and indicated that I might involve the BBB and seek legal advice. Today, August 2, [redacted], my address could not be located in the Denver system at 8:05 am. I reached out to Corporate Headquarters twice this morning, and despite being assured that someone from Corporate Supervision would contact me, I did not receive a call. I urge for Roger to be dismissed, and for my account to be rectified. I did not behave in a manner that warranted the treatment I experienced. With my background in customer service for over 20 years, I can confidently say that Devin is knowledgeable, meticulous, respectful, and has a wonderful personality, which is crucial to me. He excels in all areas, and I am quite discerning when it comes to these matters. I recently switched from my previous pest control provider of 4 years to try out your services, and I must say that your product and service have exceeded my expectations. I am experiencing significant issues at the Kissimmee, FL branch. My tenant, D.J., had an account that was transferred to me a week ago. Despite this, he received a new bill. The main concern lies in the pest control service - aiming to eradicate roaches has now attracted rats. I have reached out multiple times to A. regarding the technician contacting me to discuss the rat issue. I have explicitly requested no glue traps on my property.
T. noted attempts to call me, but I receive numerous calls and don't answer unfamiliar numbers. Despite assurances from S. that Orkin would display on caller I.D., no call was received. There has been a lack of proper communication, as evident by A.'s dismissive response and S.'s rushed handling of the situation during our call today.
I have been trying for a week to connect with the technician for a resolution. This poor service provided by both S. and A. is leading me to consider ending my relationship with Orkin, unless the communication improves significantly.

We continue to have a high volume of mice infesting our premises. Recently, we disposed of a trap containing four mice, and the issue persists throughout the property. The problem has persisted for four months, resulting in significant financial losses due to damaged food, costs for traps and poison, and extensive cleanup efforts. I noticed a notice from Lakewood Condominium Association-1 on the bulletin board instructing to contact ORKIN for pest control. Despite making multiple calls, I was promised callbacks that never came through. Today, June 25th, I reached Edgar at [redacted], who booked an appointment for 2:00 PM. However, the request for my credit card details over the phone raised concerns because the association has a contract with Orkin. Regrettably, Orkin did not arrive today as scheduled, exacerbating my pest issue. This recurring problem is distressing. I plan to urge Newell Management to consider terminating the contract with ORKIN in favor of a more customer-oriented pest control provider. The lack of follow-through and professionalism is disappointing.

I want to share my experience with Orkin pest control services. After living in Bossier City LA for 11 years without any pest issues, I decided to switch to Orkin last year. Unfortunately, they did not effectively solve our ant and wasp problem despite multiple visits and treatments. The Orkin technician's explanations for the ongoing issue were unsatisfactory. When a regional manager finally offered to assess the situation but failed to show up, I decided to cancel my service. The lack of follow-through and professionalism from Orkin led me to seek other pest control options. I hope this feedback helps others in their decision-making process when choosing a pest control provider.

This company's communication is the worst I've experienced. They scheduled two appointments to visit my home and didn't show up or call. After staying home for two days, I was repeatedly assured my appointment was a priority. However, the New Hyde Park company is incredibly difficult to contact. I even prepared my home for the technician to fill the mice holes easily with copper mesh, but no one bothered to return my calls or emails.
