I have previously tried to contact One Way Furniture by phone but it seems I am reaching out after business hours. I am seeking assistance in getting a warranty replacement seat cushion for my Serta "At Home Wellness by Design Air Commerical Series *** Executive Office Chair in brown." I purchased the chair in June of [redacted] and need a new seat cushion under Serta's 10-year warranty. My order confirmation number is VRC[redacted]3.
