I am extremely disappointed with the OnceUponTrunk website and app. I had three damaged products that I returned, and it has been 10 days without any refund or store credit. I submitted a second return request three days ago and have not received any response. It has been 14 days since I purchased an item and there has been no update on its delivery. Additionally, four of my transactions failed and I have not received refunds despite contacting them via email. They mentioned crediting my store account, but I have already made other purchases and do not want that. This situation has caused me a loss of around 7-8k due to the Diwali festival. As a student, this matter is crucial to me. Please, at least refund the failed transactions to my bank account. Thank you.
