Subject: Issue with AutoPay Setup at Florida City Gas
Back in July [redacted], I enrolled in AutoPay with Florida City Gas. Despite making six phone calls seeking assistance, the problem with my account remains unresolved. I have consistently been told that there are issues with my credit card address, which is puzzling to me since I have been a loyal Capital One Visa customer for years without any problems. As it has been four months without my bill being paid, and the company continually claims the issue is on their end and will be rectified, I have decided to cancel AutoPay. All I am requesting from Florida City Gas is a bill for the previous four months. I pride myself on never missing bill payments and refuse to let Florida City Gas impact my credit score negatively. Your help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
