Seven months ago, I enrolled to receive Restasis by mail at $70 per month. I have been charged $70 monthly for 7 months totaling $[redacted], but I have not received any medication. I want to cancel this service that I never agreed to and request a refund. I received some papers in the mail, but I did not return them because my prescription changed. I have been unable to reach your company through other means. When I call, I am directed to a hearing aid company. I am eager for your assistance with this matter. Thank you. - K. C.
