Prior to being approved for the Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) program, I enlisted the help of Lexington Law to enhance my credit. I recently discovered they initiated a challenge with the Federal Loan Servicing Agency without my knowledge. I have no issues with the agreements made with the Department of Education and Nelnet. Any disputes by Lexington Law do not represent my views. I have canceled my subscription with them. I don't have any disputes with the Federal Loan Servicing Agency and request this be corrected with the credit bureau. Please remove any mentions of disputes from my credit report. I am Sterling O.
