I am sharing the store address: [redacted] E R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX [redacted]. I experienced minor bumper damage and visited several body shops for repair estimates. At MAACO, I spoke with Paul, who initially assured me the repair would be under $1k for a new bumper and fender. However, after a follow-up call from the assistant manager, Courtney, indicating additional parts were needed, the general manager mentioned a zeon light part costing over $1k without providing a total estimate. I feel frustrated with the lack of transparency. I would like to have my vehicle moved to a different MAACO shop for repair at the originally agreed-upon estimate to ensure trust and quality service. I am disappointed and concerned about the integrity of this particular location and would prefer my vehicle be handled by a more reputable MAACO facility. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Brian E.

Today, I phoned Maaco in Fishkill to inquire about the progress of my car, which I had dropped off last Saturday. I was previously told it would be ready by this upcoming Saturday, 5/18/19, considering my drop-off date of 5/11. However, I was now informed that work hasn't even commenced on my vehicle, and it's already Thursday, 5/16. The person who answered the phone was extremely impolite and dismissive. They showed no empathy or concern for my situation. When I requested the customer service or corporate number, I was told they don't have it and I should look it up myself, stating that my call won't make any difference. This kind of conduct is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company.

I am interested in finding out if a specific MAACO location has permanently closed. I prefer to discuss this matter over the phone rather than through email. I have encountered issues with a particular MAACO franchisee who damaged an interior trim piece in my car during a collision repair in June/July. Despite promises to replace the part, it has been three months of unsuccessful attempts to reach him. I have made numerous calls and texts, with documentation to support my efforts. Additionally, I have photographic evidence of the damaged trim. Recently, he claimed his shop is closed due to eviction and refused to honor the repair. However, online records indicate the shop is still open. I am considering escalating this matter to your corporate headquarters to ensure accountability for the services provided by MAACO locations.

My name is Jeffrey Wigodsky. I have been asked by Alden Haskins to represent him in a case against MAACO due to damage to the front of his vehicle during repairs on August 25, [redacted]. The estimate indicated that MAACO was not to address the front bumper due to a recently installed stone guard. However, during the repairs, the front bumper was damaged, requiring the clear protector to be reapplied afterward. An individual with the initials CLA or CNA from MAACO admitted in writing to causing unintended damage and instructed Mr. Haskins to submit the receipt for the clear protector application for reimbursement. Despite following these instructions, only $[redacted] out of an $[redacted] bill was offered to Mr. Haskins. Before proceeding further, I seek to discuss and resolve this matter amicably with you. I look forward to understanding why only $[redacted] was offered and will guide Mr. Haskins accordingly. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sincerely, Jeffrey Wigodsky

I am a big fan of MAACO and I am trying to connect with the right department for my request. I work for a well-known Catholic church/school in Virginia Beach and coach boys varsity basketball. We received a Ford E350 Super Duty mini-bus donation that we would like to paint black. I am proposing a potential trade where MAACO would paint the bus in exchange for becoming the title sponsor of two of our major athletic events. I have experience securing sponsorships for college basketball tournaments, generating significant advertising value. Despite our small budget, I believe this partnership would be mutually beneficial. I am eager to discuss this opportunity further. -Bobby Steinburg

I reside in Indianapolis at [redacted] and brought my [redacted] Chrysler [redacted] LX to the MAACO Collision Repair and Auto Painting Shop on May 7, [redacted], located at [redacted] Lafayette Rd, Indpls, IN [redacted]. I selected a paint plan with a 5-year warranty for $2,[redacted].98. Despite MAACO's reputation displayed in their office, the paint on my car started peeling in July [redacted]. It has been repainted three times since then, with the most recent conversation with Manager Mr. Ivan B. happening on November 4, [redacted]. He mentioned the paint issues were due to highway driving and a Premium Urethane Sealer, which I did not request, causing the problem. He suggested a $[redacted] repair cost in November [redacted]. This situation has been distressing, and I seek a resolution within the warranty period ending in May [redacted].

Two years ago, I took my black [redacted] Monte Carlo car to Maaco in Grand Rapids, MI, to fix a deep scratch and get an overall paint job. They charged me $[redacted].00. When I picked up the car, there were white paint specks all over it. After they buffed it, they scratched my driver's side mirror. A month later, the paint started bubbling and peeled off in some areas. A chunk of clear coat on the front bumper came off while driving. The warranty place said they would have the Grand Rapids location fix it. When I brought the car back, the touch-ups were poorly done, paint was globbed on, and the chrome piece was not properly cleaned before painting. The hood, sunroof, handles, and bumpers had various issues I complained about, but the staff argued with me. They sent me an unreadable estimate via text. I have photos of the car before and after, plus another estimate. I am seeking a refund of $1,[redacted].72 to settle the issue by June 6, [redacted]. - Jeff F.
