I tried to start a trial but never received the login information, so I couldn't cancel it. Despite sending an email requesting cancellation, I received no response from Lucid. I was unable to create a team account or use the software. I contacted Mitchell from the Customer Success Team to share my frustration. Please refund the $[redacted].00 charged to my credit card. I am unfamiliar with GetHuman and am dissatisfied with the product's customer service quality.
