I am frustrated with Kohl's online customer service. Initially, I was informed that my $50 debit card payment made on August 2, [redacted], didn't process, despite the amount being deducted from my bank account. Today, August 2, I bought a $69.99 item at the Kiosk. I tried using a $10 off coupon, but it didn't work, and the staff couldn't assist during checkout. After reaching out about this issue and requesting a callback, I never heard back. Kohl's seems disorganized, as I get passed around from clerk to customer service to online and then phone support without any resolution. It's frustrating as there is a lack of communication within the management. While the clerks are polite, it's challenging for them to assist customers effectively.

I encountered an issue with a return at the Lake Ronkonkoma, New York store regarding order #[redacted]66 that included six items totaling $[redacted].88. Yesterday, I returned three items worth $42.83 and expected a $10 deduction due to spending $20 in Kohl's cash. However, I was only credited $12.01, leaving me questioning the discrepancy. The cashier explained that the $30 deduction was for the Kohl's cash spent. Despite explaining I earned $20 and should only lose $10 since I kept over $60 worth of items, I was told the computer's calculation was final. The store manager's offer of expired Kohl's cash did not resolve the issue; I needed the correct refund, not unusable Kohl's cash. After a frustrating interaction at the store, I contacted customer service and spent thirty minutes resolving the problem. The reluctance of the staff to address the error and the attempt to placate me with expired Kohl's cash were unacceptable.

I was considering purchasing a Honeywell Genius 4 air purifier using my credit card and taking advantage of the 30% discount. Upon comparing prices, I noticed that Home Depot sells it for $[redacted], much lower than Kohl's sale price of $[redacted].99 with the discount. I used to prefer shopping at Kohl's due to their competitive pricing, but now it seems their regular prices are significantly higher than other retailers like Home Depot and Amazon. Despite Kohl's price matching policy, it seems more convenient to simply buy from stores with lower prices rather than go through the hassle of requesting a price match. I hope Kohl's can reconsider their pricing strategy to maintain competitiveness in the market.

I want to address an issue regarding Kohl's refund policy involving Kohl's cash. Firstly, the small amounts of Kohl's cash issued as refunds, such as 26 cents or a few dollars, with expiration dates often go unused which seems unfair to customers. This practice may lead customers to spend more than the value of their Kohl's cash or risk losing it if it expires, ultimately benefiting the company. Additionally, the perceived preferential treatment of Amazon customers with reserved parking spaces is frustrating for me as a long-time loyal Kohl's shopper. Seeing designated parking spots for Amazon customers while lacking similar perks as a devoted Kohl's customer is disappointing. As a result, I have decided to pay off my Kohl's charge card this month and discontinue shopping at Kohl's.

I have not been able to make any progress with Kohl’s. I am very disappointed. I have sent two messages to the email [redacted] I was billed twice, provided proof, but it was not filled out correctly when sent to my bank. I need to send the required information to the credit department. I initially spoke to someone in another country representing Kohl’s, which was a terrible experience. I eventually spoke to a representative in the United States who directed me to email the information. Please provide me with a phone number or email address to resolve this issue. Due to a computer glitch, your company deducted two payments from my checking account, resulting in bounced checks. Urgent resolution is needed as I would have incurred charges if I had been even a day late with my payment. I am extremely dissatisfied with Kohl’s and will be closing my account.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Kohl's app. Last night, I tried to apply my Kohl's cash, the mystery discount, and utilize the home sale promotion, but the app did not display any of my offers when I reached the checkout stage. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue by reloading the page, restarting the process, and closing and reopening the app, the offers did not appear during checkout. Although I could see my Kohl's cash and available offers in my wallet from the home screen, they failed to apply at checkout. I had to manually input offer codes and pin numbers, resulting in me missing out on applying my Kohl's cash and losing discounts on items in my cart. This is not the first time the app has malfunctioned, causing me frustration and financial loss. I am disappointed as a loyal customer and cardholder. I contacted the Customer Service number on the back of my Kohl's Charge Card with the intention of requesting to speak with a representative regarding making an immediate payment for my Kohl's Credit account, as it is due today, May 17th. I mistakenly mixed up the dates and urgently need to avoid incurring any late fees or negative marks on my account or credit. It's crucial for me to continue my relationship as a Kohl's Credit customer and maintain access to my account.

I am disputing a charge on my Kohl's charge card. A recent payment I made did not go through, affecting my credit score negatively. Despite being a loyal customer for 6 years with a perfect payment record, an error caused my credit score to drop by 72 points. Although I resolved the payment issue with customer service, my credit status remains marked as "30 days late" instead of "current." This discrepancy is alarming as I have diligently worked on improving my credit for the past 3 years. If Kohl's cannot correct this error promptly, I will be forced to cease shopping with them. I am currently behind on my Kohl's account by several months. I am struggling to find a solution as every interaction with customer service has left me feeling frustrated. I have recently been on permanent and total disability with my only income being a Social Security disability check of $[redacted] per month. I had a frustrating experience trying to place an online order with Kohl's yesterday. The customer service representative I spoke to seemed unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. I've had a frustrating experience with Kohl's customer service. They don't consider Kohl's cash as part of the total when offering free shipping for orders over $25, but when you return items purchased with Kohl's cash, they give very little back. This forces you to buy more than planned just to avoid shipping costs, then penalizes you when you return items. I recently made a mistake with the size of an item I ordered, but when I tried to fix it, I was told I couldn't adjust the price because I'd already used discounts. Kohl's seems to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, raising prices to offset discounts and making it challenging for customers. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy shopping there, but now it feels like they're not focused on providing good service.

I have had my Kohl's credit card account for many years, but it was closed recently without notification. This has had a negative impact on my credit score. I prefer not to open a new account as it would shorten my credit history. In comparison, my JCPenney card, which I haven't used in years, remains open. I feel disappointed that Kohl's closed my account without reaching out, especially during the holiday season. I was informed that my old account cannot be reopened. A manager named Sue at the Medina store reissued me $20 in Kohl's Cash after it was mishandled during an order transaction and wrongly credited back to my account. She mentioned she added it to my app wallet. Unfortunately, even though it wasn't expired, it seems to have vanished from the app. I am unable to locate it despite being assured by Sue that it was there. I urgently need to access it today. Kohl's appears to have retained my $20, and it is crucial to have it reissued promptly for immediate use. I am employed by Sony and manage our PlayStation retailer agreements, and I will ensure that this experience influences our future business interactions if it is not resolved promptly.

I ordered an outfit for my mother's funeral last night and paid for overnight delivery as I needed it by Monday morning. However, my confirmation email states that it will be delivered on Monday. I paid for overnight service expecting next-day delivery. I urgently need the items by 10:00 a.m. on Monday. If I won't get them today, then I shouldn't have been charged for overnight delivery.

I mistakenly made two identical payments to my Kohl's charge card two days in a row, resulting in a $[redacted] credit on my account. Although both payments have been processed, I am hoping to reverse the second payment so that my charge card balance returns to $0. I purchased items last week using a credit card other than Kohl’s by mistake. I realized before the transaction was complete but the associate said it was too late. I contacted Kohl’s chat on 12-17-19. They advised me to return the items and re-purchase using my Kohl’s card, which I did today. However, I had left $30 Kohl’s cash at home the previous week. When I returned to the store today to use it, I was informed that returning the items had nullified the Kohl’s cash. This was frustrating as I had not used the Kohl’s cash during the initial purchase and now I lost both the cash and time in the process.

I visited Kohl’s last Saturday and was disappointed that none of the items I bought could be discounted with my 30% off coupon. This has never happened to me in the many years I've been shopping at Kohl’s. I questioned the cashier, who mentioned that certain items like candy could not be discounted, which I understood. However, I was surprised that clothes, socks, and a Burt’s Bees gift set were also not eligible for the discount. The cashier was unhelpful and rude, refusing to call a manager or apologize for the inconvenience. I also mentioned my ongoing issue with accessing my account online after a recent system update, which has made me hesitant to shop with Kohl’s. After this frustrating experience, I may reconsider shopping at Kohl’s in the future. Very disappointed with the service.

I am having trouble with Kohl's using FedEx for delivery. I have been given various reasons for the delay, like weather and attempted delivery when I was home all day. This is causing me to not receive my package in time for Christmas with my grandkids. I am disappointed and may stop ordering from Kohl's if they keep using FedEx.
