I recently got a letter from Kansas Unemployment stating my benefit amount has been reconsidered, and I'm entitled to payments starting from December 11, [redacted]. I updated my payment method to the new required US Bank card, but I haven't received the card. I'm struggling to find information on the website about the balance I should expect once I receive the card for the back payments.

I have been facing serious issues with them repeatedly providing incorrect information despite multiple attempts to rectify it. They assure me it's fixed, but then no payment arrives. They have wrongfully accused me of filing fraudulent information about my employer, which seems deliberate. Despite numerous calls, they continue to mislead me and withhold owed payments, putting me in a difficult situation. I'm on the verge of losing everything due to their failure to issue a check as promised, which is unacceptable. It's been a frustrating three months trying to resolve this, as they have inaccurate details about my past employer due to a computer error. Each specialist I speak to offers a different explanation, compounding the nightmare that has led to essential services being cut off and the risk of losing my home due to their repeated broken promises.

I've encountered numerous errors while trying to file my claims accurately. From being told I listed the wrong employer, to facing difficulties with the work force center, and issues with direct deposit, the process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to rectify mistakes and follow instructions, I have not received my rightful payments. The lack of communication, misplaced documentation, and excessive late fees imposed on money I never received have left me feeling lost in a bureaucratic maze. To make matters worse, the incorrect entry of my employer information by the state's computer has complicated matters further. The ongoing struggles with child support deductions, erratic payment schedules, and the looming threat of losing my appeal due to delays beyond my control have added immense stress to an already overwhelming situation. I am seeking clarity and resolution to these persistent issues that continue to hinder my ability to access the financial support I am entitled to.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. The lack of assistance and constant redirection is beyond belief. I have reached out for help numerous times and have been promised money, only to be left with nothing. This ongoing cycle of deception is unacceptable. The specialists I've spoken to have continuously assured me that everything is in order, but no payments have been made. I am in desperate need of a manager who has the authority to resolve this issue immediately and release the funds that have been promised to me. The misinformation and mistreatment I've experienced are unjust. It is essential that I speak with a manager who can address this situation promptly.

The system is deteriorating daily. The emergency lines and customer service are both malfunctioning. Despite meeting all requirements, I have not been paid. There is a lack of accountability, and I feel I am being neglected while others receive their payments. The continuous obstacles and misinformation are frustrating. I am struggling to navigate this system that seems rigged against me. How can I find someone who can help me with these issues and ensure I receive my payments? It is challenging to communicate effectively when the system is down, and the specialists I speak with provide conflicting information. The upcoming holiday further complicates the situation. It feels like my payments are intentionally being delayed, leaving me in a difficult position.

I am submitting an urgent notification regarding my eligibility for Unemployment Insurance (UI) through the DVD office in Pittsburg, Kansas. I am actively seeking new job opportunities following the loss of my position at Coomes Steel Buildings and Erectors. Since the passing of my employer, Jack Coomes, who was 85 years old, due to unexpected illness, myself and other crew members have been out of consistent work. Jack Coomes operated the company as an Independent Contractor for over 25 years. I am in need of guidance and assistance to apply for the benefits mentioned to me by the local government office, including the Food Benefits Program. Your professional help is greatly appreciated during this challenging time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Respectfully, Dennis R. Pope
